• Chargebacks may result in additional fees

5. Prohibited Businesses

• Illegal or unlicensed businesses
• Adult content or services
• Weapons and ammunition
• Drugs and controlled substances
• High-risk financial services
• Any business violating our Acceptable Use Policy

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology associated with our services are owned by UPI GATWAY Services or our licensors. You may not use our branding without express written permission.

7. Liability Limitations

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 6 months
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not responsible for third-party services

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account:

• For violation of these Terms
• For suspicious or fraudulent activity
• As required by law or banking partners
• With 30 days notice for business reasons

9. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes will first attempt resolution through negotiation
